About the job
We are looking for our first customer success manager, who will provide onboarding and ongoing support to our restaurant partners. You'll be their primary point of contact, and should be able comfortable building relationships with them. Aside from onboarding, you'll be implementing new programs to increase their revenue and minimize the chances of them leaving our marketplace.

Also:
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Reasonably technically savvy. Apart from our custom tech stack, you'll be spending a lot of time in Hubspot and Google Docs.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Pay and benefits
Extra Servings is a Living Wage employer, and starts all employees at an equivalent of $20 per hour, based on 40 hours per week.
