Hi there! My name is Rob, and my journey began with a simple desire to bridge the gap between hungry diners and restaurants with empty seats.

It all started one chilly November evening as I was waiting for my takeout order to be prepared. I was late coming home again, so I stopped at a place I remembered from long ago but rarely visited. A few scattered tables were occupied, but the waitresses were sitting there bored, with barely anything to do.

While waiting, the restaurant owner stepped out of his kitchen, and I asked him why he didnt advertise. His surpsing answer inspired me to build what has become Extra Servings.

Why should I advertise? I’m already busy out the door on weekends. Nobody wants to help me fill seats mid-week.
